1. पद क्र.1: कॉम्पुटर सायन्स / कॉम्पुटरअँप्लिकेशन /IT / इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स / इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स आणि दूरसंचार / इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स व संप्रेषण / इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स & इन्स्ट्रुमेंटेशन इंजिनिअरिंग पदवी किंवा पदव्युत्तर पदवी. 
2. पद क्र.2: (i) कोणत्याही शाखेतील पदवी   (ii) भारतीय सैन्य दलात लेफ्टनंट कर्नल / मेजर / कॅप्टन किंवा त्यावरील रँकचे माजी कमिशनर ऑफिसर, वायुसेना, नौदल आणि पॅरा मिलिटरी फोर्सकडून किमान 10 वर्षांची सेवा किंवा समकक्ष पद.
3. पद क्र.3: (i) कोणत्याही शाखेतील पदवी   (ii) भारतीय सैन्यात JCO म्हणून किमान पाच वर्षे सेवा असलेले वायु सेना, नौदल आणि पॅरा मिलिटरी फोर्स या समकक्ष रँक असलेले माजी कनिष्ठ आयुक्त अधिकारी.

Educational Qualification:

1. Post No.1: 4 year Engineering Degree in computer Science/ Computer Application/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation OR Post Graduate degree in computer Science/ Computer Application/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation.
2. Post No.2: (i) Graduate Degree in any discipline from recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government   (ii) Ex-Commissioned officers of the Rank of Lt Col / Major / Capt or above from Indian Army with minimum 10 years service or equivalent rank from Air Force, Navy and Para Military Forces.
3. Post No.3: (i) Should be a graduate and Medical category Shape 1 (ii) Ex-junior Commissioned Officers with minimum 5 years service as JCO in Indian Army or Equivalent rank from Air Force, Navy and Para Military Forces
